The ad copy you see there is indeed intended to be aggressive at making other listings look unappealing, but is targeted for keywords like "seobook" "seobook.com" and stuff like that...not SEOMoz party, etc. Maybe I broadmatched some seobook, but that is pretty broad of Google, especially given that the seomoz party search is in quotes.
