Most of them consisted of the &quot;why the internet is good&quot; stats you seem to get at every talk, followed by the usual fluff about proper use of analytics and making content crawlable.

I think Eli @ bluehatseo.com has the right idea. I enjoy reading his posts because he steers people in the right direction of thinking for themselves and trying something new, rather than most of the companies I saw which desperately seem to be trying to emulate each other.</description>
